Eric J. Rossum

Eric Rossum, one of the initial founders of Corus Home Realty, is currently
responsible for the oversight of all Corus real estate transactions, including
training, contract negotiations and legal compliance. Mr. Rossum ran his own
residential real estate brokerage, EJ Properties, for 11+ years until merging
his company with Corus Home Realty. Throughout his 18-year career in real
estate, Mr. Rossum has been on the cutting edge of this industry and was one of
the first buyer-brokers in the area. He is a lifetime member of the Northern
Virginia Association of Realtors' Top Producers Club, and he ranks in the top
1% of realtors nationwide by sales volume. Mr. Rossum also has a law degree
from Washington College of American University and is a licensed member of the
Virginia, New York and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

Michael T. Gorman

Michael Gorman founded Corus Home Realty in 2001 and continues to
lead the company through its growth. Prior to Corus, he served as a Vice
President of America Online helping co-found the company's wireless division.
Mr. Gorman also held the position of Executive Vice President of Patrick
Communications, a venture capital and consulting company that specializes in
developing and funding new business ventures. Previously, Mr. Gorman worked in
finance and strategy roles at Warner Bros. Studios and Time Warner
Telecommunications. He has also been involved in real estate for many years as
an investor. Mr. Gorman received a BS from Bucknell University and an
MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Richard A. Barney

Since helping found Corus Home Realty, Richard Barney has overseen
all of the operational aspects of the company with primary responsibility for
staffing, training, organizational development and oversight of sales and
customer service efforts. Prior to Corus, Richard Barney was a Vice President
for Randstad Creative Talent, where he managed 15 branches and 120 employees
along the East Coast. Mr. Barney has 15+ years of management experience,
primarily with start-up organizations, helping grow one company from two to six
branches, and helping another expand from 3 to 29 branches in just four years.
A graduate of Bucknell University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource
Management, Mr. Barney also holds a Masters of Marketing degree from Johns
Hopkins University.

Daniel K. Hartz, Jr.
Vice President, Development, Corus Realty Holdings, Inc.

Dan Hartz, one of the founders of Corus Home Realty, is responsible for all of
the company’s information technology and infrastructure needs. Mr. Hartz
developed the revolutionary Corus Mobile Navigator, and has been awarded a
patent for his work. He also built the state-of-the-art Corus database and is
responsible for all networking and technology issues. Prior to Corus, Mr. Hartz
served as a Project Manager for Buchanan Partners, a commercial real estate
developer, where his responsibilities included new construction feasibility
studies, acquisition due diligence, and budget preparation for over $95 million
worth of commercial real estate. Mr. Hartz was also in charge of all
information technology for his company. Previously, he spent seven years as Office
Manager for a Realty Executives franchise.
