Dick Eagan
Dick Eagan had a 20-year career with CENTURY 21, serving for
12 years as the President, CEO and GM for Century 21 of the Mid Atlantic States,
with over 400 offices and over $6 billion in annual sales before it was sold to
HFS (Cendant). Mr. Eagan is currently President and CEO of DMI, Inc., an
organizational development and operations management consulting and services
company offering resource support worldwide, where his clients include Century
21, China and Fransmart, an innovative franchise development company providing
franchise sales operations services. Most recently Mr. Eagan was President/CEO
of Vmeals, Inc., a business services platform company in Charlottesville, VA. He
is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Vienna Presbyterian
Church, Vienna, VA. Mr. Eagan has both a BA and MS from Butler
University.
Tripp Keber
Tripp Keber is President of Left Bank, Inc., a Denver-based
real estate investment firm with holdings in Aspen and Denver, Colorado, and
Florida. Prior to Left Bank, Mr. Keber held several senior level positions in
the telecommunications industry as General Manager of ICG Communications, Senior
Vice President for Sales and Marketing at eLink Communications, Sales Director
for National Accounts for Pathnet, and as Sales Manager for Winstar
Telecommunications. He also served as the Director of Sales and Site Acquisition
for Milliwave, LP, and spent three years in sales and sales management in the
cable industry. Mr. Keber has a BS in Political Science from Villanova
University and currently resides in both Aspen and Denver, CO with his
family.
W. Howard RooksHoward Rooks has been a fixture in the Washington real
estate business since the late 1960s when he bought a small realty company and
grew Mount Vernon Realty to more than 3,500 agents in 35 offices throughout the
Washington, DC region. In 1991, Mr. Rooks sold Mount Vernon Realty to Weichert
Realty. After the sale, Mr. Rooks served as head of Weichert Realty's Washington
office. During his 28-year career in residential real estate, Mr. Rooks has been
an innovator and has run some of this region's largest home-brokerage companies.
Currently, Mr. Rooks serves as a consultant to many different companies in the
real estate industry.
Tom Worrall

Weber Shandwick Government Relations, the boutique lobbying arm of the Cassidy
Companies, Inc. In his current position, Mr. Worrall directs the firm's business
development operation and is also a member of the Corporate and Technology
Practice Groups. Prior to joining Rhoads | Weber Shandwick, Mr. Worrall was
Director of TEAM 100 for the Republican National Committee, helping raise over
$20 million during the 1997-1998 election cycle. Mr. Worrall has also served as
a chief strategist and campaign manager for candidates for U.S. Senate, U.S.
Congress, and on the state level. Mr. Worrall currently serves as an adjunct
professor of campaign management at The George Washington University. He also
provides advice to start-up companies as a general partner in Washington Capital
Partners, a Washington, D.C. based venture capital fund. Mr. Worrall holds a
Masters degree in Political Management from The George Washington University's
Graduate School of Political Management.
